To assist our Society leaders, NDSPE has developed and published a Leadership
Handbook. The Handbook includes important information that is critical to
the business operations of the Society. this information includes a list
of time-sensitive events, directories of the Society officers, board of
directors and committees, the NDSPE Constitution and Bylaws, a summary of
parliamentary procedure, a list of necessary quorums for meetings and other
